Student Service Administration Officer

Hunter Trade College a has a short-term temporary role available for a Student Services Administration Officer. The role will work along our small Student Services team to provide student and parent services.

Details: Monday – Friday preferred (applicants with consistent part-time days availability may apply)

Dates: July 14th – September 24th 2025

Duties/Tasks: General admin, reception, data entry/updating school management system (COMPASS), responding to incoming calls and referring to correct persons.

Admin Officers with school experience are preferred.  The initial two weeks will be training and familiarisation with our processes and systems. See the position description here.
